MÉRIBEL, A PARADISE FOR EXPERTS!
Get ready for two back-to-back enduro routes, Les Crêtes and the so-called Dégage à Moutiers! This is nothing less than one of the finest downhill runs in Les 3 Vallées, thanks to an impressive negative elevation difference against a fabulous panoramic backdrop. The route features a technical single track on a magnificent shoulder between Méribel and Saint-Martin-de- Belleville, before heading onto a long section through the forest. The starting line at the top of Tougnète can be reached by the cable car and the chairlift of the same name, or with pedal power from Méribel (3,300ft. positive elevation). The descent (around 6,600ft. negative elevation) features a few climbs, including a 500ft one. Take the bike-equiZpped bus back from Brides-les-Bains.
FAMILY FUN IN THE VALLÉE DES BELLEVILLE
For a fantastic relaxing and sporting experience with the family, head to the Lac du Lake from the Plan de l’Eau in Les Menuires. Get ready for the wild beauty of this high-altitude lake. Your efforts will be rewarded with a snack at the alpine refuge by the water! Make your way there by walking around the Plan de l’Eau, and taking the 4×4 path (Boulevard Cumin) to the Refuge du Lac du Lou. And simply retrace your steps on the way back!
DISCOVER ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN BIKING WITH FRIENDS IN COURCHEVEL
For this route, head to the top of the Col de la Loze from Courchevel 1850 on the new cycle path, then make your way back on the cross-country skiing pistes. This loop is very varied, alternating between roads, 4×4 paths, pastures and forests, while offering stunning views over the Vanoise mountains. Set off from Courchevel 1850 towards the Col de la Loze via the green route that then goes down to the Méribel Altiport. Take the cross-country ski pistes back to Courchevel 1850 via the Bouc Blanc.

Les 3 Vallées offers an endless playground for e-mtb. it would be difficult to draw up an exhaustive list of routes to discover, but here are a few ideas:
- Les Avals near Courchevel Moriond. Magnificent, but definitely not for beginners!
- La Dent du Villard. Iconic mountain overlooking the Lac de la Rosière. Pros only!.
- <Lac de Tueda in Méribel-Mottaret. Start at the resort and discover nature with the family, or start at the centre of Méribel or at the Refuge de la Traye for a more challenging experience.
- The unmissable Vallée des Encombres in the Vallée des Belleville
